Dirty Arnie

Ingredients:

• 1 oz. sweet tea vodka
• 1 oz. lemon vodka
• 3 ounces iced sweet tea
• 3 ounces chilled lemonade

Peach Daiquiri

Ingredients:

• 2 scoops of ice
• 1 peach, peeled and pitted
• 1 tbsp lime juice
• 2 tsp powdered sugar
• 2½ oz. white rum

Tequila Sunrise

Ingredients:

• 3 oz. of tequila
• 6 oz. of orange juice
• Grenadine

Mint Julep

Ingredients:

• 2 1/2 ounces of bourbon
• 1 tsp. powdered sugar
• 4 fresh mint leaves
• 2 tsp. water

Blueberry Lemon Drop

Ingredients:

• 1½ oz. Blueberry Vodka (use whichever brand you like)
• ½ oz. of Triple Sec
• 1 oz. of simple syrup
• 1 oz. of freshly squeezed lemon juice

Washington Apple

Ingredients:

• 1 oz. of Crown Royal,
• 1½ oz. of Apple Pucker
• 3 oz. of Cran-Apple juice

The Dogwood

 

Ingredients

• 1/4 cup white grapefruit juice
• 3 tablespoons vodka
• 1 tablespoon elderflower liqueur
• Ice cubes
• Garnish: lemon wheel, fresh rosemary sprig

Preparation

1. Combine white grapefruit juice, vodka, and elderflower liqueur in a cocktail shaker filled with ice cubes. Cover with lid, and shake vigorously until thoroughly chilled (about 30 seconds). Strain into an 8-oz. glass filled with ice cubes. Garnish, if desired.

Mint Julep Recipe

Ingredients: 1 1/2 Oz. Bourbon Whisky, Several Mint Leaves, 1 Tsp. Powdered Sugar, 1 Tsp. Water, crushed ice.

Mixing instructions: Muddle mint leaves, powdered sugar and water in an Old-Fashioned Glass until sugar is dissolved. Fill the glass with crushed ice and add Bourbon. Garnish with a mint sprig.

Serving Glass: Old-Fashioned Glass

Bloody Mary Recipe

Ingredients: 1 1/2 Oz. Vodka, 4 Oz. Tomato Juice, 1/2 Oz. Lemon Juice, 1 Dash Tabasco®, 1 stalk Celery and Celery Salt.

Mixing instructions: Rub rim of a chilled Hurricane Glass with lemon wedge and dip into celery salt. Mix all ingredients and pour into ice-filled Hurricane Glass. Garnish with celery stalk and lemon wedge.

Serving Glass: Hurricane Glass

Apple Martini Recipe

Ingredients: 1 Part Vodka, 1 Part Apple Schnapps, 1 Part Apple Juice, 1 Apple Slice.

Mixing instructions: Poor all ingredients into a shaker, shake well and strain into a chilled Cocktail Glass. Garnish with an apple slice.

Serving Glass: Cocktail Glass

Cosmopolitan Martini

Ingredients: 1 1/2 Oz. Vodka, 1/2 Oz. Triple Sec, 1 1/2 Oz. Cranberry Juice, 1/2 Oz. Lime Juice, 1 Slice of Lime.

Mixing instructions: Mix all ingredients into a shaker with ice. Shake, and strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with a lime slice.

Serving Glass: Cocktail Glass

Harvey Wallbanger Recipe

Ingredients: 1 1/2 Oz. Vodka, 1/2 Oz. Galliano® Herbal Liqueur, 3 1/2 Oz. Orange Juice, 1 Orange Slice, 1 Cherry.

Mixing instructions: Mix vodka and orange juice into a chilled Collins Glass with several ice cubes. Stir well and float the Galliano on top. Garnish with an orange slice and a maraschino cherry.

Serving Glass: Collins Glass

Rising Sun Recipe

Ingredients: 2 Oz. Vodka, 3 Oz. Grapefruit Juice, 1 Dash Passion Fruits Syrup, 1 Grapefruit Slice.

Mixing instructions: Mix ingredients into a shaker with ice. Shake well and strain into an ice-filled Old-Fashioned glass. Garnish with a grapefruit slice.

Sea Breeze Recipe

Ingredients: 1 Oz. Vodka, 1 Oz. Grapefruit Juice, 1 Oz Cranberry juice, 1 Slice of Lime.

Mixing instructions: Fill a chilled Highball Glass with ice. Add all ingredients and stir gently. Garnish with a slice of lime.

Electric Lemonade

Ingredients: 1 Oz. Vodka, 1/2 Oz. Blue Curacao, 2 Oz. Lemonade, 1 Splash of Soda.

Mixing instructions: Fill a chilled Highball Glass with ice. Add all ingredients and stir gently. Garnish with a slice of lemon or lime.

B-52 Recipe

Ingredients: 1/3 Part Kahlua®, 1/3 Part Bailey's® Irish Cream, 1/3 Part Grand Marnier® Orange liqueur.

Mixing instructions: Carefully layer Kahlua®, Bailey's® and then Grand Marnier® in a Shot Glass. Use a bar spoon for best results.

Serving Glass: Shot Glass

Long Island Iced Tea

Ingredients: 1/3 Oz. Vodka, 1/3 Oz. Gin, 1/3 Oz. Light Rum, 1/3 Oz. Tequila, 1/3 Oz. Triple Sec, Cola and 1 Wedge Lemon.

Mixing instructions: In a Collins Glass full of ice, mix all elements and fill with cola. Stir gently and garnish with wedge of lemon.

Serving Glass: Collins Glass

Sex on the Beach Recipe

Ingredients: 1 1/2 Oz. Vodka, 1/2 Oz. Peach Schnapps, 3 Oz. Orange Juice, 3 Oz. Cranberry Juice.

Mixing instructions: Pour ingredients into a Highball Glass over ice and stir gently. Garnish with wedge of orange. You can also serve in Shot Glass.

Tequila Sunrise

Ingredients: 1 1/2 Oz. Tequila, 3/4 Oz. Grenadine, Orange Juice, 1 Cherry, 1 grapefruit or Orange Wedge.

Mixing instructions: Mix Tequila and orange juice in a Collins Glass filled with ice. Slowly pour in grenadine and let it settle. Do not stir. Garnish with cherry, orange or grapefruit slice.

Serving Glass: Collins Glass

Duke's Nightmare

Ingredients: 1 Part Whiskey, 1 Part Tequila.

Mixing instructions: Mix ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake and strain into a shot glass.
