Chocolate muffins

Ingredients

  • 200 g self raising flour
  • 100 g cater suger
  • 25 g cocoa powder
  • 50 g chocolate chips
  • 100 g margaine
  • 100 g milk
  • 1 egg

Method

  1. Melt the margarine in a sauce pan on a low heat and let it cool.
  2. Beat the egg with milk.
  3. Sieve the flour with the cocoa, add the sugar and the chocolate chips and mix well.
  4. Add the margerine to the mixture and mix.
  5. Spoon the mixture into bun papers placed in a baking tin.
  6. Bake at 200 degrees celcius (gas 6) for 20mins.
