Chocolates

Ingredients

  • 375g packet Dark Choc Melts
  • 1/2 cup soft and juicy apricots, chopped
  • 1/2 cup unsalted roasted cashews
  • 1/4 cup sultanas
  • 1/2 cup White Choc Melts

Method

1 Place dark chocolate in a large heatproof bowl. Sit bowl over a saucepan of simmering water. Stir until melted and smooth. Remove from heat. Stir in apricots, nuts and sultanas.
2 Drop heaped tablespoons of chocolate mixture onto a tray lined with baking paper. Stand at room temperature until set.3 Melt the white chocolate in a separate heatproof bowl over a saucepan of simmering water. Stir until smooth.
4 Spoon the melted white chocolate into a snap-lock plastic bag. Squeeze into one corner. Twist bag, snip tip and pipe over chocolates. Stand at room temperature until set.
5 Place chocolates in a small box decorated with tissue paper.
