Baked Apple with Toffee Yoghurt

Ingredients

  • 1 apple
  • artificial sweetener
  • oil to spray
  • 1 pot low fat, low calorie toffee yogurt

Method

  1. Peel the apple and remove the core.
  2. Place on a baking tray on which you have placed a sheet of baking paper.
  3. Bake at 200°C for 10-15mins until soft and slightly brown.
  4. Serve hot with toffee yogurt.
